You should be able to find a plastic surgeon through AMA. Or even start by looking through the yellow pages. Now if your looking to get it done through charity, you might need to call local hospitals and find out what charities they deal with on a regular basis. Usually you can call someone in their Public relations department. Or look up charities that might sponsor person who have the same facial deformity you have. Good luck and take care :)
