Question
I have seen many after pictures of gyno surgery and the chest often looks deflated with no shape. Just nipples and skin... Is this because they didn't have a good amount of muscle beforehand? Does the liposuction take away the muscle tissue also? I have a good amount of muscle on the top of my chest but have bad (fatty Not glandular) gyno at the bottom

Answer
The results are very good. A small incision is made around the nipple and it cannot even be detected after the surgery. The fatty tissue is removed through this incision. If you have muscular pectoral muscles, none of it will be removed. Therefore, all will be okay. Also, the recovery period is very short. You could have the surgery on Friday and be back to work on Monday.
