I am 36 years old and exercise but exercise will not help me get rid of the extra skin that I got from child birth. I am getting married in 1 year and would like to look great for myseof and my husband to be. Sometimes it does a lot to my seof esteem. Everything else is beautiful but I don't want to fully undress.
