I have a penpal who speaks english as her 2nd or 3rd or what ever language. She's pretty good in english, but there are a few items I mentioned to her and she does not understand. I went to an online translation site and nothing came up when I typed in Abdominoplasty, Mastoplexy, Tummy Tuck, or Breast Lift. Can someone help me out? Please, only serious people, who know Japanese.

Abdominoplasty = 腹部整形 (fukubu seikei) Mastopexy = 乳房固定術 (chibusa kotei jutsu) Liposuction = 脂肪吸引 (shibou kyuuin) Tummy Tuck (this one is the same as Abdominoplasty, right? you can also explain that it's 腹部の脂肪･皮膚の除去 fukubu no shibou / hifu no jokyo) Breast Lift (this one is the same as Mastopexy, or you can probably say バストアップ手術 basuto appu shujutsu) Hope this helps.
